Squishora is the data controller for the information collected through this website. You can contact us about privacy at hello@squishora.com.

• Order information: your name, email address, delivery address and what you bought. Payment card details are entered on our payment processor's secure checkout page and are never stored by us.
• Contact information: anything you send us using our contact or gift-concierge forms, including your name, email and message.
• Technical information: basic information about your visit, such as the pages you view, used to keep the site working and to understand how it's used.

• To process and deliver your orders, and to send receipts and order updates.
• To reply to your questions and gift enquiries.
• To handle returns, refunds and customer service.
• To keep the website secure and prevent fraud.
• To meet our legal and accounting obligations.

We share information only with the services needed to run the store:

• Stripe — our payment processor, which handles payment and manages order and refund records.
• Landingsite — the platform that hosts this website and processes the contact forms on it.
• Our email provider — to send order receipts and replies.

We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

This website uses the minimum necessary to work — for example, keeping track of your shopping cart. We do not currently run advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. If we add analytics or advertising tools in future, we will update this policy and ask for your consent where the law requires it.

Order records are kept for as long as needed to fulfil orders and meet tax, accounting and consumer-law requirements. Messages sent through our forms are kept for as long as needed to help you, then deleted or anonymised.
