Squishora sells squishy toys, sensory toys and gift boxes. The legal name and registered address of the business are not yet listed on this site — contact hello@squishora.com and we'll provide them before you order.

Prices are shown at checkout in the store's currency, before you pay. Payment is taken by Stripe at the time you order. Any tax or delivery charge that applies is shown at checkout before you confirm.

When you complete checkout you'll receive an order confirmation. Your order is accepted when we confirm it — if we can't fulfil an order, we'll contact you and refund you in full.

We collect a delivery address at checkout and post your order to it. Full details, including where we ship and how postage is charged, are on our Shipping & Returns page.

Our returns policy — including the 14-day window for damaged or incorrect items, and the hygiene rule for opened squishies — is set out on Shipping & Returns. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

We describe each product honestly, and where we don't know something — for example exact dimensions — we say so rather than guess. Squishies are toys, not therapeutic or medical devices. Our collection carries general guidance of ages 3 and up and contains small parts; adult supervision is recommended for younger children.

Please don't misuse the website — including attempting to interfere with its operation, submitting false information, or using our content (such as text and product photography we've licensed) without permission.
